This campaign is built on the idea that safety can be hard to see. Its presence is something you need to learn to look for. By manipulating the word ‘safety’, obscuring it in different ways, the viewer undergoes a process of first discovering a word, then understanding it. This echoes how safety is present throughout the healthcare system, even when harm is at its most prevalent.
